Toilets & facilities
The campsite provides modern toilet and shower facilities suitable for everyone. A specially adapted toilet and shower are available for wheelchair users.
Families with young children also have access to a dedicated area, with a bathroom specially designed for babies.
The toilet and shower facilities are separated into men’s and women’s areas. Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive the necessary access code by email.
To make your daily life easier during your stay, washing machines and tumble dryers are also available for an additional charge. This means you can enjoy your stay whilst keeping your laundry clean and fresh, with complete ease.

How do I find the Camperpark?

What is included in the price?
The price includes the use of your pitch, electricity and access to drinking water, as well as use of our toilet facilities and the facilities provided for chemical toilets and waste water disposal. The price also includes up to 6 people per pitch and one dog, at no extra cost.
Do I need to book before I arrive?
We strongly recommend booking in advance via our website. We do not accept bookings by telephone. Pitches can also be booked at our on-site kiosk on a ‘first come, first served’ basis if you have not booked in advance.
How do I pay for my pitch?
Online bookings must be paid for in full during the booking process. On-site bookings can only be paid for using a valid debit or credit card. Cash payments are not accepted.
Access codes
All the necessary access codes will be sent to you on the day of your arrival. Please check your emails regularly.
Can I choose my pitch?
You are free to choose any available pitch on arrival. Please ensure that your motorhome is parked within the designated pitch area and that it does not block access routes or cause a nuisance to neighbouring guests.

What time can I arrive?
Check-in is available from 11.00 am on the day of your arrival. Please do not arrive before 11.00 am.
What time do I need to leave?
On the day of your departure, you must have vacated your pitch by 10.59 am at the latest.
What size motorhome can you accommodate?
All pitches can comfortably accommodate motorhomes up to 9 metres in length. If yours is longer, please contact us before your departure so that we can check availability.
Can I use a barbecue?
Gas barbecues are permitted. For safety reasons, charcoal barbecues, disposable charcoal barbecues and open fires are not permitted.
Can I put up an awning?
No, awnings and other similar structures are not permitted on the pitches.
Is there a shop, restaurant or supermarket nearby?
Not directly on site, but Vianden town centre, with its restaurants and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. A supermarket is a 5–10-minute walk away.
Are dogs and other pets welcome?
Yes, dogs are welcome at Camperpark Vianden and are included in our rates. Please keep your dog under control, be considerate of other guests and clear up after your pet.
What facilities are available at the Camperpark?
Each pitch has an electricity connection. The site is also equipped with toilets, showers, a waste water disposal system, a chemical toilet disposal point, a drinking water point, a playground and a bike wash and repair station.
Is there Wi-Fi on site?
At present, free Wi-Fi is only available near reception.
What should I do if I encounter a problem during my stay?
Please do not hesitate to contact us by email (Touristinfo@vianden.lu) or by telephone (+352 83 42 57) if you encounter a problem or need assistance. We’ll do our best to help you during your stay. We’re available during our opening hours: 9.00 am to 5.00 pm on weekdays and 10.00 am to 4.00 pm at weekends and on public holidays.

Services
For cycling enthusiasts, the campsite provides a self-service multi-function station. Here, you can inflate your bike tyres for free and make use of a quick wash service, available for a fee, to keep your bike clean throughout your stay.
There is also a vending machine on site, allowing you to easily buy inner tubes if needed.
To stay connected during your holiday, make use of our free Wi-Fi (currently available only at the campsite entrance). The access code will be sent to you by email once your booking has been confirmed.
