Vianden is not only popular for hiking but also for mountainbiking due to its location in the valley. The landscape around Vianden is therefore ideal for offering an interesting and challenging tour.
After organising guided tours with a guide 3 times a week during the summer, from the beginning of September onwards it is only possible with a booking in advance.

Our Monday tour starts from Vianden across the German border, where you will discover one of the highest and oldest oak trees in Germany after a short climb. The tour continues through the Kammerwald forest, down into the Gaytal , along old smuggler's paths and back to Vianden as the final destination.

The Wednesday OUR tour leads right after the start over a short uphill to the castle of Vianden, after this highlight you continue to the mountain station of the chairlift. Here you enjoy a breathtaking view of the town and the Our Valley. The trail continues through the idyllic “Bildchensbësch" to the Victor Hugo viewpoint, where another stop awaits you. The tour then leads down into the Our Valley to the power station, known as SEO. From here it is a leisurely ride through the picturesque valley back to Vianden.

Our hotspot tour on Friday offers breathtaking views of the Our Valley, the town of Vianden and the various points of interest in and around our little town, as well as numerous forest passages and varied paths over a distance of approx. 18 km.
