Möhmel Valitov Duet line up: Timur Valitov - sax, Victor Möhmel - piano

Tenor saxophonist Timur Valitov (27) and pianist Victor Möhmel (20) have formed a special jazz duo in 2021. Both are studying at the Carl Maria von Weber Academy of Music in Dresden. Own compositions and standards serve as the thematic framework for their imaginative performance. Like a pair of birds flying in formation, synchronously and freely at the same time, they approach secret goals, lead to false conclusions about them and ultimately show harmonious landings, form starting motifs for good stories. They can also increase the harmonious dialogue to an artistic thriller: swarm resolution! Then, like birds, they suddenly dodge in different directions, climb up one by one, and fall screaming into the depths. The large chaos calculated for minimum swarm size, daring to irritate predators. Other instruments such as bass or drums are not required for this project by Timur Valitov and Victor Möhmel.
